go to cafepress.com they have some pretty cool stuff and from my experience good customer service. i wanted a specific garfield picture on a shirt for my son and just downloaded the picture from a site, then uploaded it onto the order form to design my shirt and wa-la, i had an original garfield shirt for my baby!

I got a shirt from 99dogs.com before. Thare are a lot of sites. Just do a search for "custom shirts" and look through them.
