How can I restore the pictures off my SD card?

I accidentally hit erase all on the digital camera and it erased all my photos. Is there any way to restore them? I think someone said that even though it erases it, they are not fully erased.

Somebody told you a bunch of BS! The sd card isnt tape storage! When you erase a memory card, it sets all the bits to zero! Your pics are gone!
