If it's the girl I fought with before, I would probably talk to her and figure out what the heck was going on. I don't know what you mean by beautiful and romantic, but I can guess. I would have to take a long hard look at the relationship in the past and see if I would be willing to give it another try. A lot would depend on the severity of the arguing/fighting. I might not "stay" but I wouldn't run either.

Most guys would be upset because they were fooled and set up..

If he stayed to have that private party, it would more or less just be for the sex, not to rekindle a relationship.

This is really not a good idea for a guy who is an ex that you want to have in your life and keep as a friend. It is a great idea for a guy you have a relationship with...

Well, since she obviously went to a lot of trouble to get you there, I'd tell you to at least give her a chance before running. And then if you dont like it...leave. But dont just leave her in the cold, that could really screw whatever you two had.

I'd enjoy the party and send a thank you note the next day. That's it!

Ask yourself, how would you feel if an ex did this to you? Then you have your answer. You can justify your answer anyway you like, but you know deep down the answer.

Thats really sweet. I would stay.
I don't know the guy's situation, but I hope he relizes that you really care about him.
