Thinking about signing my family up for a membership to the Y. Wondering if it's a good idea. Are the programs for children enriching? Is the gym facility comparable to that of a fitness club? Are the programs worth the cost of membership?

I used to belong the the YMCA until I joined the YWCA. I think the Y is a great place to workout and send the kids for swimming, gymnastics, etc. They really take a family approach and have a great environment to workout in. The programs offered for kids and adults have quite a variety and levels for all participants. And the cost isn't too much, either, compared to other fitness centers. They really do offer a lot. Perhaps you can sign up for a trial period to see if you could try it and see if you like it and it works for you. As with any program, it's only worth the money if you use the facility.

YMCA isn't severe value health. in evaluation, that is amazingly low value, besides the undeniable fact that the time-honored is rather low compared to maximum. trust me, I promote memberships at a health club and maximum of my individuals might want to like to pay what the YMCA expenditures. Is it well worth it?? imagine about extending your existence with healthful satisfied years... if it really is not well worth a pair of money than what's?
