Who thinks that CM Punk is one of the good only good things that have come from ECW?

Question

The guy is quickly becoming the new face of ECW and when it comes to talent he is only behind RVD and Sabu. Personally, I think he should get the ECW Title as early as Wrestlemania 23. What do you think?

Oh, and by ECW I mean the new ECW.

ECW clearly isnt what it was. Big Show has done an excellent job as champion. I personally see that the guys in ECW are busting their butts and that's something commendable. Daivari being allowed to wrestle is an excellent thing, he should've been Cruiserweight Champion a long time ago. Terkay is a raw talent and may not be a bad addition. Burke is an excellent talent as is some underutilized guys like Hardcore Holly and Test. Former ROH and CZW Champion Claudio Castagnoli is joining ECW as well soon.

And about Punk, he's fantastic... See his Ring of Honor stuff (his feud with Raven was excellent as well as his OVW feud with Brent Albright [Gunner Scott]) and you'll say that if this guy isn't WWE Champion by WM25, that Vince should be shot. But he won't, the WWE hates the smaller guys NOT named Shawn Micheals.

I do think that ECW needs some NEW talent all these people from the old ECW are BORING!!!!!
i think that CM Punk is 1 of the only good things but i also like Kevin Thorn and Ariel.

Actually CM Punk is THE only good thing in ECW at present. It would be bad idea on the part of WWE to increase his role - maybe shift him to big league in RAW or Smackdown.

CM Punk has some similarities with Scott Hall (Razor Ramon days). He is good and talented.

He should get some gold by WM 23.

he might be a pre-main event in wrestlemania but no main event he ia a show starter guy.
