I have been in food and beverage for six years but a banquet manager for the last three years. I started as a banquet server at 16 yrs old and rapidly went from being a server, to a second, to a captain, to a manager and finally to a senior banquet manager. I am now 22 yrs old and looking to find a different job but i don't know anything else other than food and beverage. I am almost finished with my bachelors in business management and I am in need of direction. My drive is money. My current job pays me well. I am currently making $48,000 salary plus gratuities..Roughly 50,000 in Miami, FL.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Catering dude! That's where the big bucks are. It will take some time to build a reputation, but once the word gets out that your service and food are the best, you'll be rolling in the dough. Start with a few parties and network, network, network!
