It is safe as long at he does not blow air up inside of you.. however my bf told me the same thing... he said it was because in the change in hormones that I taste different.

I think it's perfectly ok. The baby is safe inside your uterus, which is way up there, so oral sex would be ok because that occurs only on the outer part of your sexual organs--the vagina.
If that's what your boyfriend is worried about, and if that's what's keeping him from giving you oral sex anymore, tell him to take some anatomy classes.
