thru the use of new technology the right to the privacy, had been questioned. do you believed this Bill of right one day can be abolish, or has not validity, It is everywhere, everyday people have been violated by technology.

There never was a such thing as privacy, Mack. The government has all kinds of information about you and I. As long as we have a social security number, the government can literally bring up a whole mountain of information on anybody in an instant. So, really the bill of rights protects civil liberties to an extent. You can say what you want as long as it is true, otherwise it's slander and you can be sued, and you can have the right to an attorney paid for by the courts, but you only get a public defender.

Obviously, while technology has managed to so-called invade our privacy, it has not managed to help internet users use correct grammar and express themselves clearly. More work in that area is needed before we continue listening to all your so exciting phone calls.

No they are not, America has gone into a police state with this current Republican Administration. Thank God Americans are allowed to vote to stop it from growing, God is still in charge!

I think they are using it for insider trading tips... political espionage... and not much more... look at who is behind the wires.
