how do we hide peeping nipples when we wear t shirts or any other outfit where u cant hide ur boobs wid anythin?

What is the harm? Peeping nipples are a nice sight for others, which you can boast of.

You can even try wearing a sports bra over the normal one u do. Or go for thin padded bras as they dont let ur nipples be seen.

There are little "cups" that are no bigger than a teacup, and you insert them on your breasts like a bandaid. Not only does it give the illusion of protection, but it totally doesn't give away your twins without exposing your V-neck.

You can get foam-lined bras. They're not so much padded as they have an extra layer to keep the girls camouflaged...
