I often dream of the tasty ice cream in Kauai at a place called Lappert's. They have the best, creamiest, most ludicrously good macadamia nut ice cream and i would like to eat it, but can't afford to go to Hawaii. Please help me in my quest to find something as close as possible to this delicious taste sensation in the Bay Area.

Give them a call or email them. I love their ice cream. There is also a place in San Jose called Treat Ice Cream and they are the best too.

Ben and Jerry's used to have a flavor called Aloha Macadamia, but they have sent that to the grave. The closet cousin that's still available is Pistachio Pistachio. Excellent stuff.
The only other choice is to go to Cold Stone Creamery and have them mix one up for you.
