I was a former employee of Wal-Mart, I quit after not having a situtation taken care of properly. At work, I had another MALE associtate, Older man, GRAB me and whisper in my ear about taking wet carts? It scared me! I went to managment, And they did absolutley nothing to handle it. I Was so stressed from this, I quit. I know it sounds ridiculous, But I have never in my life, Ever liked older men comign that close to me. Ecspecially grabbing me. AM I on grounds to Sue? Or How should I go about this?

Can you sue? Yes. Should you? Well, that would depend if you followed the policy set out in the employee handbook for dealing with such a situation. Did you follow the protocol? Did you go above management when they did nothing? Do you know for a fact they did nothing?

Wal-Mart is sued all the time. they have horrid labour/slave relation and they have had class action suit against them on sexual discrimination. Try to google some of it. Should be a wealth of data.

So you wanna sue your former employer because can't stand up for yourself? You have issues. Learn to deal with society and how to conduct yourself. Where ever you work there will always be an ******, so deal with it.
