First, are you taller than your parents yet? Theres a good chance you will be. Second people definitely grow taller into their twenties. To encourage growth, eat a feel good diet, be a little healthy with your food choices. But be sure to eat meals regularly and on time. Best excercises for height growth aerobic exercises and aerobic sports; as much blood travelling through the body as possible. Enough sleep is also a must.
