Good nutrition is about all you can do (aside from avoiding things like excess caffeine, smoking, drinking, drugs etc.). Call your midwife (or ob/gyn) and confirm if you want to, there really is nothing they can do if you do miscarry though. There have been a few drugs in our nations history that have been made to prevent miscarriage and they have all been proven, after being used, to be very harmful to mom and baby.
If your body is ready for this baby it will come. I know that's not very consoling (I've had two miscarriages though, so I do know where you're coming from).
One thing you can do is go to a health food store and buy some progesterone cream and rub it onto your thighs (large muscle area) everyday during your first trimester. Sometimes you can miscarry because of low progesterone levels. If that's not it, it won;t hurt anything.
I hope all turns out well!

After my first pregnancy was confirmed I had no discharge until my water broke pretty much.
My last pregnancy I had that white discharge on and off. I also lost big parts of my mucus plug from about 6 months on.

If your test said you were pregnant you should make an appointment with an OB/GYN. Don't worry about anything else until this appointment, but be sure and tell this doc about the discharge.
Nothing to worry about.

Go and see the doctor right away, they will prescribe you to take some medicine.
However, it's normal for you to have a discharge except it is smells bad.

It's normal to have strong discharges during this period(even after pregnancy)...Better to see your OB to understand things better.
