Hi Mike,

This designation means that the job is that of Credit Administration. This kind of jobs are offered in Banks. The job is that where you come into picture once the some facilities eg -- short term loan, working capital demand loan etc are sanctioned to the company. You will be the one who will communicate to the company about the facilites. For the letters the formats already exits in respective banks. You have to be familiar with the documents that are needed after the loan is sanctioned to a company. Lot of Legal stuff involved. Basically you have to prepare documents once the loan is sanctioned to a company.

Here if you are in retail documentation dept than you will be dealing with individual clients and if you will be in corporate dept than you shall be dealing with corporates.

Junior Officer means the person who used to look after the filing of the company who used to handle the documents of the co.

In a business there are many works like accounting,store keeping,HR( human relationship),salary section & etc
For selling of products we have send quotation ( price list)
on confirmation of order we have to send performa invocie. durign shipment, Invocie, packing list,weight list, certificate of origin, indpection certificate, quality certificates, shipping bill, lorry or railway receipts, insurance and etc.. To create in the office and get the certificates from the outside authorities are the documantation work
