if you are travelling on central line frequently get down at dadar. catch a train to santacruz, go to santacruz east and then catch a rickshaw. rick will take 10 min to take you to santacruz airport
Dadar - santacruz 15 mins
Santacruz stn - santacruz airport 10 mins

For Central Railway, you can alight either at Kurla or Ghatkopar and take a rickshaw or BEST bus to go the airport.
