I answered your question under "pregnancy".

I'm certain it's not menopause; these are side effects of the Lexapro.

The late period could be a sign of peri-menopause but the difficulty with orgasm has nothing to do with peri-menopause. Decreased libido is a side effect of Lexapro. Talk to your doctor about all of this to decide if want to continue with the Lexapro or try something else etc. Also since you are two weeks late with your period you need to take a home pregnancy test to be sure you are not pregnant. If the test is negative be sure to mention this to the doc too. He may want to test your hormone levels to see where they are at to determine if you are starting peri-menopause.

Menopause is different for everyone and comes on at different ages. I'm 43 and experiencing perimenopause. I'm told that can go on for many years before actual menopause sets in. This is a great time to find a really excellent doctor whose well versed in women's issues and understands what your going through. Some doctors are way to easy to just assume your depressed and put you on medication. Best wishes to you.

It is probably from the Lexapro you're taking, not menopause.
Many depressants can affect you sexually and can alter your periods.

See your doctor to find out.

Doubtfull. It could be stress, it could be a reaction to the medication, two weeks is too soon to worry. You might wan't to consider a pregnancy test.
