I have had these type of dreams since I was a teenager. What would you think they meant?

It could be attributed to stress or anxiety that carries over into your sleep. Do you deal well with conflict? Sometimes if a person is too laid back or introverted, these dreams can manifest from frustration.

If anything, speak to your doctor or a therapist to see if they can help you get rid of the nightmares. Best luck.

I think everyone has this kind of dream, some maybe more than others but nobody can tell you why.....Are they given to you because you were chosen to strengthen in a way that could compete with this circumstance?
Are these circumstances in your dreams to teach you about who you are or what you can overcome or tell you how strong some portion of your being is?
Or does the Dreamweaver know something that you can not see and wishes to give you insight, more profound freedom and safety in the reality of awake life,or are your dreams solely for the purpose of adventure that could never be explored otherwise.

Well what a predicament. I understand what in the world?? It might be very important for your to find out exactly what this means so you can have peace of mind. I am sure there are some out there who can tell you. I suspect though it might not be bad as you think.

I think you should try not watching anything before bed. Release all your thoughts and if the dream occurs, try to solve the problem and make it go away

You were murdered in a past life. Same reason people have other irrational fears, life fear of drowning, or fear of burning, or fear of dogs, etc. Something that happened in a past life carried in the unconcious or the part of the brain we don't use.

Fear. May be you are seeing violent movies often. It is all in you. First kill the fear then everything will be alright and do not see the violent movies.
