Where can i find steps to install unix.Iam having windows xp 2000 now.I want to install unix.Is bsd unix good.tell me any link.

Look on the official site, for installing steps. You will need to format your hdd in another file system.

SUN produce a version of UNIX which will run on an Intel processor, you can download it from their web site. Installation is as simple as following the on screen instructions.
You will however need to format your harddrive to work with this new OS

There are a few unix list sites, ittoolbox & google as a unix list. Depends on the type of Unix you are installing, i.e. AIX, Solaris, HPUX or Linux if it's on windows?? I would do a search on installing Linux?
