Try mixing bicarbonate soda powder with lemon juice- wait till bubbles finish then put onto stain as a paste-scrub with a cloth or plastic scrubbing pad-it should lift most if not all the grime. Next best thing is pour on good old bleach or Domestos gel and give it a good scrub.

double check that stain...it may be the fiberglass sealer or some coating breaking down/wearing away.

It could also be hard water build up mixed with shower funk. Use lime away first, then after you have removed the hard water, clean it with a cleanser w/bleach.

Yes get some Clorox gel...or some cleaner in a spray bottle with bleach like tilex....spray it on thick and let it set for awhile and then clean as usual.
