Go to Start>>Control Panel>> Add/Remove and uninstall IE7 which will then revert back to IE6.

You mean you upgraded to IE 7 and you miss your earlier menubar... right...
Uninstall IE 7 to go back to previous IE 6
Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Check the "Show Updates" > Windows Internet Explorer 7 > click on remove
RESTART your machine.... and your sweet menu in IE 6 is back again...

go to Start
Control Panel
Add/remove programs
highlight Internet Explorer
.....remove - this will remove the latest version and restore your old one

UN install IE7.
