That would be a best case scenario for the Republicans. More likely you will see Barack Obama, John Edwards or Governor Bill Richardson receive the Democratic nomination and neither McCain or Giulliani will beat Obama or Richardson and Edwards would be a tight race(against McCain, Giuliani is not a viable candidate to run for the Republican party)

McCain/Giuliani a good balanced ticket. Hillary/Pelosi? What about Hillary/Obama? The Republican ticket is probably right, could be switched or be McCain/Romney. Not so sure about the Democrats.

Throw McCain with Hillary and Guliani with Pelosi what an interesting election that would be. Might be the first time that I know of that an independant might get win.

Interesting to think about, but a Clinton-Pelosi ticket can't win. It's not personal, though I don't care for either of them, but they both represent the same base and couldn't draw a majority to win. I do think McCain can and should be our next pres, not because I'm a repub, I'm not, but because he is moderate enough to stabilize our country and our foreign affairs.

Lets just worry about getting through the next year with a lame duck.

2008 seems so far away, that I'll bet it will be nothing like you expect it to be.

So many on YA wishing their time away, hoping for 2008 to come in so we can have a new face in the president's place.

Don't mean a damn thing. We need to start living again.

This guy's got us all mesmerized

I love them. They are the most qualify candidates that our country has and they will do well no matter who win election in 2008.
