Probably that you have a cheer voice, are enthusiastic, committed to the routines and learning. They aren't going to expect you to know everything, since it's your first tryout, but by high school you will have to be experienced, so start now if you really want to do it.

All I remember is over exaggerated happiness and mean girls. As you can tell, my jr. high and high school years were not too great.

They're probably looking for people who learn fast, dance, cheer, and who have some sort of gymnastic ability.
