this was the beggining of a script of an online radio can anyyone help me make this an file i can execute from desktop to play in media player?

All those lines do is say "this document is written in XHTML". Look for an "object" or "embed" tag in the document and grab the URL from there. If you're in Windows, you can create a shortcut with the following command line:

start http://your.url.here
