I was just poking around on here and some answers were wildly cheeky and sarcastic, with a "how could you not know that you idiot?" tone. No one knows everything, and it is he who accepts that he knows nothing who is truely a wise man. Right???

Well, it was Abraham Lincoln who once said that you can trick all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you cannot trick all of the people all of the time. You are one of those people not tricked by all of the people all of the time.

To answer your question, it feels good to be able to answer somebody's question. If someone seeks for the knowledge, and I know the answer, I am willing to share. I agree that it is unnecessary to put someone down for asking a question because life is all about learning and making mistakes. What fun is it to drive down every street corner and know exactly who lives on either side and never get lost? It may be convenient, but it takes all the fun out of the anticipation.
