The question is twofold and most responders missed that. To my knowledge there is no scientific evidence of aliens visiting earth space.
But there is plenty of independent scientific evidence of UFOs. The UFO phenonena has been studied at great length and there is evidence that something comes and goes and that that something operates intellegently. But we do not know what they are.
My personal opinion is that there is likely life somewhere in the vastness of the cosmos. But I can not believe that life visits earth regularly each and every day all over the globe. So the UFOs may or may not be alien. But highly unlikely.

None that I know of, assuming you're talking about a body or some alien hardware. Most UFO evidence is anecdotal. Way back I read all the stories, including the one that gave the name "UFO" from a fighter pilot trying to catch up to one back in the '40s.
I see why it's unlikely that we've been visited, but I don't consider it impossible. I consider most of the more current anecdotes to be garbage. But this is one area where I'd have to say "Never say never". Physics is in the state now that it has always been since Newton in that most physicists believe we are close to "knowing all there is to know" about physics. I believe that faster than light travel is impossible, but only in the context of what's presently known. I consider it possible that loopholes to it might exist that will facilitate travel to other stars, and I consider it also possible that we might not be the first in this neighborhood of the galaxy to discover them once we do. Just my opinion tho. Of course, I'm a lot more inclined nowadays to never say never than I used to be, considering what I've witnessed in my lifetime of 49 years.

nope, only eye-witness accounts "some" unexplained video footage, old photos, 500 year old paintings with circular aircraft in the sky and people pointing at them, others paintings, drawings, hundreds of years of unexplained crop circles, wood carvings, cave paintings, hieroglyphs, petroglyphs; other that that there isn't anything to prove it, it is just in the imagination of ignorant people trying to make their lives seem important
