My greatest insecurity is that people won't like me. That I won't be accepted. I am not sure why...I've always wished I could be the kind of person that just doesn't care what other people think. I work on it, just being my own person, but I still have a need to be liked.

Mine is being abandoned, esp by those I love the most. I was abandoned by my birth mother twice in my life (she gave me and my brother up for adoption when I was 2 1/2 years old to her mother and step dad; she then stayed in our lives, always living close by, then got into trouble with the law for reasons none of us know and ran off--she is still running today). Plus, the ones that raised me were emotionally not there for me that much, not that I remember anyway. That's why abandonment is such a fear for me.

That I didn't finish college.Im insecure when my collegues are discussing about their graduations and other things related to college.
But im working on it. Im currently taking an online degree..I'll be fine soon.

my nickname..... it is BUGOY (means very naughty in our local language)..... i am now a guidance counselor and its crazy everytime students would know my nickname.... they never tought that a kind hearted and well mannered person they knew is named bugoy!!!! i hate it especially if my family would come and call me with that name!!!!
