Principally if you increase your daily calorie consumption, you ll start to gain weight. To gaining weight needs to be healthy. Usually an office worker needs per day is app 2000- 2500 KCal. If you start to have 3500-4000 KCal, it will turn to fat and by some exercise it will turn to mass as well. Carbohydrates are mostly helps to gain quickly.

The typical response is eat alot of protein to gain muscle mass. This is not true! There are different body types with different chemistry. Assuming that your thin, or you want to gain, your lean and thin like me. You probably have a high metabolism and your body doesnt desire carbs enough-carbohydrates. You my friend are going to have to force yourself to eat carbs or learn to like them alot better. Id stay away of the more sugary stuff but eat pastas you like, bread, pastries, cream of wheat works best for me. I swear since eating cream of wheat as often as every other day, maybe everyday with a little milk, brown sugar and cheese, yes cheese, melted into it, I have gained 25 pounds most of it not fat! Along with a good steady excercise program too of course.
