I want to get my substitute permit in Indiana. I've found a few things online but they all require you to have the superindendent of where you wish to apply fill out a portion of it and I'm not sure where I'm going to apply yet.

I live in Ohio, so odds are this won't be completely the same in Indiana, but this is how I got my certification. The Ohio Department of Education accepts applications from all qualified applicants for substitute teaching certificates. The only requirement is that you must have a bachelor's degree in something. The applications were downloadable from the ODE website. Perhaps I would check the Indiana Department of Education website and see if they have a similar form.
