You can use hairspray, or my favorite is to put 1part Rubbing Alcohol to 1 part water and soak a little white add a few drops of dawn for dishes and scrub,You might have to repeat this. When all else fails get dry cleaning solvent.

spray till wet with hair spray and blot from both sides. repeat several times. then saturate with hair spray and wash as usual in warm or hot water and soap. works on my nursing uniforms, so it should work for you..
