Well according to RUMORS, just about everyone in the government has had prior knowledge. Even BillClinton. And prior knowledge, what does that even mean to you exactly- if Rudy knew the exacts, he would have done what he needed to do to prevent it; you're the sick one if you think he knew about it and just sat there with his thumb up his a**...... even if anyone knew anything, had any sort of inkling, which may be so, it WAS NOT enough info to go on to actually prevent it.
