No. unfortunately the people were duped once again by big money and the Oil companies. Take a deep breath, look at what blue sky is left, and enjoy. Tomorrow it will be a little worse, and the next day a little more, and on and on. My son may make it, but I believe it's a grim outlook for my Grandchildren, and any other young people on this Planet.

no... the people of CA saw through the beaucractic b.s. that came along with prop 87.
