My personal once-a-year delight is this.

Garlic, Italian Herb and Cheese toasted bread.
1 layer of turkey, ham, pepperoni
Separated with 1 layer of american cheese
Then 1 layer of bacon, 2eggs, sausage
Seperated by 1 layer of Swiss Cheese
1 later of salami, pastrami
Topped with layer mayo and russian dressing

ALL OF IT TOASTED

Just wondering, what is your limit?

That doesn't actually sound disgusting. It sounds edible.

Although I like guacamole and I would probably eat this, it would still probably raise my cholesterol to 907% past what it should be:

A 6" french bread loaf + a cup of guacamole + 1/4 lb. of turkey breast + sliced granny smith apples. And maybe a dab of peanut butter, because let's face it, peanut butter goes on anything.

You sandwich sounds good. Someone mentioned a Monte Cristo. Yes, it's the "once-a-year" heart attack on a plate meal. It's basically a club sandwich, so dress it anyway you like. I like mine with roast beef & Pastrami on a thick wheat bread. Then you dip the club sandwich in batter and deep fry it for 2-3 minutes. Serve with your favorite condiments. For fun, I like to build a triple decker PB & bananna, and deep fry. Serve with jelly.

Lightly grilled pastrami and swiss on sourdough is my limit.
But I must have fries and 1000 island dressing to dip them in, to go along with it.

I don't eat anything disgusting and unhealthy really and I don't eat meat. So, I guess anything that is fried, has mayo, ranch or anything else fatty and sick like that.
