I just want to know a bit more about the difference between Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy. How much difference does it make? I'm confused.

Actually it's between a Pharm D (Doctorate) and a Masters (RPH) if you want to work in the US as a pharmacist. The B.S. will prolly on let you work as a Pharmacy Assistant under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist

It depends on what state you are in. Some states are now requiring that after a certain year of graduation you are required to get the Pharm D which is the masters in pharmacy. Other states it is still acceptable to have the Bachelor in Pharm. I would check with your state certifying agency to see what it requires. But in the future to get a job they are going to be leaning towards the Pharm D. Currently here they are grandfathering in the graduates prior to a certain year so that they can maintain their degree.

In the U.S., the only pharmacy degree being offered in the PharmD, a 6 year program. The B.S. Pharm was a 5 year program which was phased out in 2000.

A bachelor and a master are two different levels of school. When a person receives their bachelors, they can apply to go to graduate school and get their masters.

Difference is years of schooling; ask a pharmacist in a store when they are not busy, they will be glad to share that info with you.
