Be sure to wear plastic gloves and use a soft sponge. Wet a portion of your sponge with zonrox and wipe the rust stains of your bathtub. Leave it that way for 3-4 hours. Then wash the bathtub with soap and water to remove the zonrox. And for sure, the stain will disappear. Try it.

Lime away should do it with no scratching.Make a paste of limeaway and rub the rust off. I am not positive by one of those magic erasers may work also.

Try Mr. Clean magic eraser, and use it in a circular motion. Works pretty good.
