I support the legalization of all drugs. I think it would be a smarter allocation of our resources if we enforced Draconian laws regarding the consequences of stoned, tweeked, smacked or drunken behavior.
If you decide to get impaired while at home, that's your business. But if you decide to operate a vehicle and you are caught, then you face jail time, a heavy fine and forfeiture of the vehicle you are driving.
Drug culture seems to be more a demand-side problem than a supply-side problem.

Yes it would probably solve part of the problem. Because legally constituted businesses could take control of the drug trade then the mafias behind the drug traffic would have a hard time subsisting.

I would vote yes on marijuana only and even then I would have to think about it for awhile the best way to make it legal is sell it out of smoking shops and they would have to be 21 or older to buy it.

yes all drugs should be legalized..I mean in Australia tabbacco fines are ton time higher then those of a fine from marijuanna

Not to worry they will do it soon but with the same stupid twist they put on everything else... Like it is legal to sell it but not buy it.
