Not sure if there is any one site that can give you the information, but generally when I try to find someone I do the following
a) Try out orkut.com. This has quickly emerged as the world's largest social networking site. There is a chance that the person you are looking for is actually registered there.
b) Do a search on Google, Yahoo. Sometimes with a popular name you might get millions of useless results, but with a unique name you will be amazed at the results you get.

There are many sources online , just search for those sources online on google with keywords like people traking , phone number tracking etc. You can find info about people using their names , phone numbers , ages and many attributes.
