Don't waste your money on Rogaine. Their own studies have shown that only one out of ten people experience hair regrowth on it; four out of ten keep the hair they have or experience a slowdown in hair loss, and the remaining five out of ten see absolutely no results.
Vitamin supplements and birth control pills can increase hair growth somewhat, but they're only known to affect the hair on your head. Birth control pills do this by boosting your estrogen levels, which causes the hair on your scalp to increase, but your facial and body hair to decrease.
If you have overplucked your eyebrows, be aware that tweezing can, over time, injure the hair follicle and shut it down. That's why you see so many women who can't grow back their eyebrows no matter how hard they try... especially older women who grew up on Greta Garbo and the like.
So I know you don't want to hear this, but no, there's no reliable way to make your eyebrows grow faster.

you can use rogain on your brow area, but be careful. until they grow back you'll have to stick with a pencil or powder to get some realistic eyebrows

yes try rograin was watching a program on tv and they said use a q tip and put it on all the time. Haven't tryed the product myself but good idea if ever we need it good luck

what happened to them ? I have singed my brows and overtweezed them before and time is the only remedy....if you have been overtweezing for a long time they may never come back the same as before.

there is this thing called brow and lash essence or serum.... its for helping to grow lashes and brow hair longer and thicker... maybe u can get one from the face shop..... it works.

vitamin E capsules, break one and rub it into your brows every night.wash it off in the morning and repeat as needed. you can also do this for your hair...
