Aside from your daily shower, you'll want to wash your underarms once or twice more thoughout the day. Carry a small, deodorant, bar of soap and two washcloths with you, or a travel pack of babywipes/Wet Ones if you're out of the house for a while. Use Mitchum deodorant, as it is incredibly strong and its odor/perspiration control lasts more than 24 hours. I also assume that you'll want to keep you're armpits shaved or closely trimmed so that more of the deodorant will absorb into the skin, and the area will be overall more sanitary.

Rub lemons on your under arms before you put on your deodorant and after you take a shower. It is a natural antibacterial. It will kill all of the odor causing bacteria. That's why they always say to put lemons in the garbage disposal to get rid of the smell. Also, you can rub a lemon on your face before you put on a moisturizer because it will kill the germs that cause pimples.
