it depends where you are working and their requirements; I worked for the State and it required a Bachelor's degree, but didn't pay anymore if you had your Master's. If you have the opportunity, I would say, pursue your Master's,,,,,even if you don't need it now,,,,down the road it might come in handy. Do it while you have the chance.

you would yes, but try working for awhile at a job sometime they will pay for you to go... thats always a plus!
