If you don't agree to mix races or would be with someone of a different race, because how you were raised or you aren't attracted to certain races then people think you are racist. And, I totally agree if people don't respect your opinion or beliefs or care what you have to say, they shouldn't have answered the question. They were only trying to get their 2 points from yahoo.

You know, with 1000s of years without DNA testing, it's really hard to tell who is a racially pure person. You really don't know what your great-great-great grandmother was doing with her spare time.

I think we need to appreciate the beautiful things about each individual person. But what's beautiful about people doesn't necessarily fall into a racial category. Think about all the Asians out there who are really dumb at math -- all the Africans who don't have any rhythm -- all the whites who don't have an overwhelming urge to conquer the world. They must be mad as hell to have to live up to a racial stereotype.

And love is where you find it. I'm of European descent, married to a Japanese man. He's wonderful and my kids are the best kids in the whole world. If you don't approve of mixing races -- well, please keep that a personal choice and don't marry outside your race. But you might be missing out on your soul mate -- and don't deny the rest of us the pleasures of other human beings! We don't want to be limited to the shallow end of the gene pool!

Isn't it even more unique to mix the races? There are so many possiblities, not too many people would have the same 'blend' to them. It's more unique than having 10,000 of the same type right? Just my point of view.

i dont get mad if you don't approve. what i get mad at are the stares that my husband i face when we walk into an establishment that is majority white and vice versa. beauty of uniqueness is not just limited to one color. it can be made of up of many colors. i think my childern are beautiful unique because they are irish/german, navjao, black, and french.

ummm, you might want to consider this. there is no such thing as a pure race now. nada, niet, non, no, not one. we all have mixtures of everything in us. oh, and before some white person [I am white] says look at me, I don't have no color in me, think about a prism. you can put white light through a prism and get a multitude of colors. by the same token, take all those colors and put them through a prism and , guess what, it's white.
bottom line, we fear things that are different than us.

I'm not mad. That's your opinion! At least you say it. Alot probably think it but are too afraid to be labeled racist.

I do not understand. You prefer races do not mix but you are not racist? This is basically the definition of racism.

You can preserve what ever you want, but you can't tell other people what they should do.
