I've only asked a 4 or 5 questions, but I always pick a best answer. I think if people take the time to answer, the least we can do is give one of them 10 points for their time and effort.

There may be some people that don't know how to pick a best answer or some that aren't aware they should...

Sometimes people who ask questions either don't know, or don't see an answer that seems to be the best one - sometimes there are so many choices for best answer that the person asking the question leaves it up to the voters to pick one for them, then go with that answer. And sometimes the person asking the question doesn't get an answer worth picking as the best one, simply because they had too many people giving useless or insulting answers.

Well I let others vote for the best answer because there are many great responds and it's hard to choose....and other times I'm so busy with work I don't have time so I put my questions in voting sometimes I don't even do that cuz I'm in a hurry...when I do have time to choose best answer I feel to lazy and really tired but hey I've been working hard at work!!! I do have a life so after work I'm sorta still busy lol.... but good question!! :)

Its passed off to me till now too. i attempted searching for a manner, yet I dont think of there is. in case you dont %. an answer, the only with the could thumbs up could get it i think of. Kinda unfair, with the aid of fact the respond won't have even replied your question

most of them pick a best answer. the others maybe don't know what answer to choose 'cause they like them all, i've seen that. others just want an aswer to their problem and then leave the place and not coming back.

I agree with you on this one. I do wish every asker would choose their own best answer. Voting can take weeks to resolve, and by then you've forgotten you even answered the question.

It drives me nuts as well. I can see the best answer (even if it is not mine) but it's not chosen
