Sounds to me like the baby has "dropped" that happens within a few weeks of the baby's birth. Trust me if the baby wants to come out it will, and since your due date isn't that far off everything will be fine.

Honey, when in doubt, go to the Doctor. You are the only one who knows how your body feels. I went to the Doctor one day, lost my cervix plug the next, he said I wouldn't go into labor for probably 7-10 days....BAM 1 day later she came.

yes you could be going into labour..usually you get back lower pain..then it sort of moves round to the front...yuo will soon know if the pains start getting stronger and more frequent...the baby is pushing down in your pelvis too...that gives you backpain..i seem to remember when i was late on in my pregnancy...i used to get back pian quite alot..and had to sleep propped right up..almost sitting !!anyhow...if the pains get stronger and more often...and you get stomack crapms..and you tummy goes hard...you are probably about ready...you will be fine...so enjoy your birth of your first baby....very best wishes to you
