My public high school orchestra which is located in the United States is scheduled to perform 'Hatikvah', the national anthem of Israel, at a large, public performance in New York City. Do you feel that this is an appropriate performance piece? Consider the controversial political and religious implications of the piece and the performing group. Thanks for your feedback.

The American people tend to forget their duties,
but remember their rights. Yea your allowed to play the Israeli national anthem.

But considering your country is in war on multiple fronts and you are American, why the hell would play the Israeli national anthem. Even if you don't agree with the war or currant politics, god damn it, ******* spineless liberals.

I don't see where there is anything wrong with it...Do you? It's this type of thinking that is causing so much problems in the US. We can't call our tree in Dec. a Christmas tree anymore because it offends someone" no doubt it is probably someone not born in the US" Our children cannot say "God's" name at school, someone might be offended. We are not to pray before ball games or other sports events"it might offend someone. The Ten Commandments are no longer on the walls of courthouses or other gov buildings. It might offend someone. We can't publicly say the pledge of allegiance to our flag because it contains the word "God" and might offend someone. Well now I am offended because some ******* just have to have things their way.... The USA is not a burger king ,you can't have it your way. you came to this land a stranger, you do it our way or don't do it at all!
