The ones you can wear to a concert, to the mall, to the grocery store, around the house, and to walk the dog. For me, it happens to be a pair of worn-in high heeled boots I got from Delias.

No shoes at all !!!
My shoes never wear out, never get dirty, never are smelly and sweating inside, never cause me blisters or sore feet, never get wet from rain or snow.....because I never wear them and they never come out of the closet where I store them.
Someday I will throw all my shoes away. I don't need them and don't use them.

It depends on if you're into fashion or function. My Timberland hiking boots took about 30 years before I wore them down enough to justify replacing them.
