I have a 2.3 mustang I I was wondering what type of muffler should I get in order to get a low rumble from my car I just dont want the Import Tuner sound what should I get?

Not only do glass packs sound like trash, they actually rob you of a few horsepower because of the turbulence the perforations cause (I am a fluid dynamics engineer with a lot of background in aerodynamics).
A reverse flow style muffler with as little constriction as possible is your best bet.

Cherry bombs suck!!!!!!! Get a glasspack. Cherry bombs are cheaper, but there not very good at all. I would go with a glasspack because the sound is nice and there just better.

Cherry Bombs have a nice sound after they are burnt out. Used them in the 70's. Wow, didn't know they still made them.

as a racer myself I have delt with several setups..I (for the small motor) would go with a glasspack that is proptionate to your out put and blow it out...good luck.

depends on how much you can spend and how low your clearance is. i prefer glasspacks myself

for an american car go magnaflow or flowmaster...
