We tried for 5 years. Our relationship was falling apart, when we finally split two months later I found out I was pregnant. I was not using any birth control at all. Sometimes things happen when you least expect them to. After the baby was born I took ortho tri-cyclen (pill) it works fine for me. I have been taking it for 4 years.

Well, we talked about it... but didn't plan on it as soon as it happened. But it's a real sweet thing how it happened.

I was told 3 years prior that I couldn't have children. This time last year, my husband and I bought a mistletoe. It says on the box that mistletoe can increase chances of fertility. I kinda smirked at the thought. We went home. Next few nights were pretty intense, if you know what I mean.

Then comes December 10th. I get a positive pregnancy test. And my daughter was born on July 31st.

Scary thing is: He bought two mistletoes this year. I asked him if he wanted twins. hehehe

I had been on birth control pills for 5 yrs, and became preggo. I never missed a pill... I think it was another medication at the time that interfered. We weren't trying- it was an oops, but I'm SOOOO glad we had him :) I couldn't imagine my life now without him- when he stays with Grandma, our house is tooo empty!
