Avoid the use of words like - I believe or I think - this shows that you either don't know something or you are not confident. Also try to avoid using too many abbreviations or acronyms and don't underline words. As your resume is about you avoid using I, me and my.

"Motivated"

"Maximize my potential"

"Career advancement"

Stick with the facts, and write them clearly, professionally and honestly. You are on the right track in trying to avoid "buzz words." Good luck finding a job!
