Stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, baked apples, and mashed potatoes. We have this every year, plus the things you already listed. It's always delicious!

Well, mashed potatoes are an old favorite, but give it a twist by adding cheese (Gouda, Parmesan, and cream cheese are all delicious). Make sure to mix in some milk or even heavy cream to make them extra creamy! Also, try a souffle or casserole. Sweet potato souffle is easy and delicious, just whip the sweet potatoes like you would for regular mashed, and then mix them with pumpkin pie spice (e.g. cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg) and 1-2 cups of sugar, 2-3 eggs and one stick of butter (depending on how much you're making). Then sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar, walnuts, and crushed graham crackers onto the top, and place a few pats of butter on top of it (to brown the crust). The best thing about this dish is it can be made a day ahead of time, and warmed up 15-20 minutes before dinner time. it's even better the next day, and kids especially will love it!
Broccoli casserole is another easy "wow-em" side. Put cooked broccoli in a baking dish along with cheese (more than one kind is even better) of your choice, half a stick of butter, onions, 1 cup of heavy cream, 2-3 eggs, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
Oh, and you've GOT to have dressing! Buy one of those "in the bag" kinds, they're easy and really delicious if you remember to add enough stock. Add green beans or corn, and you'll be a turkey day hero!

You could do a sweet potato casserole, a leafy green salad or even an apple waldorf salad, you didn't mention stuffing but a good sage or cornbread one would count as another dish and you probably would want gravy and mashed potatoes gving people a choice of ether the sweet potato casserole or mashed potatoes. You might also want to include some crudites, cut up celery stix, carrots, small cocktail onions, green/yellow pepper strips, with a yogurt or sour cream based dip . For dessert besides pumpkin pie , you might have apple loaf or pumpkin loaf or even just fruit and cheese for dessert.

Broccoli Casarole : 2 med/large Bags of frozen broccoli, poke holes in bag, and microwave until heated thru. Place in baking dish, cover w/ squeeze butter, top w/ velveeta. Mix 2 or 3 packs crushed Ritz crackers w/ butter, sprinkle over top, Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted and crackers are crisp. This is always a big hit at our table.

Dressing/Stuffing: 1 box Cornbread, 1 box Turkey, 1 box Chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing, follow directions but start adding extra HOT water once it's finished cooking. Dressing is meant to be wet, incase your turkey is dry. Add extra celery and shaved carrots for beautiful color.
Try looking on the foodnetwork. Rachel Ray and Sara's Semi-Homemade would be where I'd start. Hope this helps :) Happy Thanksgiving
