It would seem probably to most, that jumping in to a new committment may not be wise at this time. you are both going thru divorces you must have thought that the people you chose before we the ones and look where those relationships are. You move in with a guy without marriage and you as the woman lose. it will be just like being married for you but no true committment for him. he will save lets not rush into marriage lets try living together, but tell me this how does a woman live with a man and not act like a wife. think about it . so the best time to buy a house is once you 2 get married

NO! NO! NO! You are both still married legally to someone else right? You don't want the house to be included in the divorce settlements! Besides, do you want to buy a house with someone that you are not married to? If the relationship goes sour (hopefully that doesn't happen) who gets the house? Will a court have a say so or will you just get screwed over? Please reconsider this.

i'm 23, i replaced into like that for my boyfriend after we met. Him and that i met even as he replaced into 40 and that i replaced into 21, him and that i have been extremely solid friends formerly hand. besides the undeniable fact that, i did not locate out that he replaced into 40 until eventually a touch in a lengthy time period. after I already had emotions for him, the age ingredient did not extremely count number to me. (the shown truth that he replaced right into a three hundred and sixty 5 days youthful than my father potential not something to me now). Him and that i have been by plenty in view that then, have a son, and are nonetheless going solid. there is really a danger. it continually relies upon on human being personalities, the purely time age has something to do with that is even as people MAKE it a huge deal.

please don't do it yet.. wait a while, my bf was going through a divorce and he wanted us to move into together and he dragged me around looking at houses for us to buy together, at first i freaked, felt really rushed, then i got used to the idea of it as we were practically living together anyways, then after he finally got the divorce he kinda changed, he wanted to buy his own house and us live seperately for a while longer, i respect his decision, although it's really hard to get used to such a turn around, it would of been a diaster for us had we bought a house, neither of us are ready afterall....sometimes people go through different sets of emotions after a divorce, so please give that time to settle down and also after would be better because of the finiancial dramas that can go with divorce. good luck.

So did you both break up two marriages or was it a chance meeting? I wouldn't buy anything that substantial before a divorce was settled.

If you are asking people here rather than a good lawyer, you are too dumb to have enough money to buy a house.
