Girl, it sounds to me like you are clinically depressed. You need to seek medical attention from probably both your general practioner as well as a psychotherapist. Depression can cause you to hurt physically just like it causes you to hurt emotionally. Don't be ashamed - it's a chemical embalance in the brain and is very normal. You would be surprised how many people are clinically depressed and instead of seeking help - they end up doing something stupid like killing themselves to make them feel better - you can't feel what you don't have. Not to mention, suicide is the most selfish thing ever, think about that mother you want to financially help and about your husband who loves you and I'm sure you love. SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY.

That is called anxiety. First one is called panic disorder
Panic disorder: People with this condition have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. Other symptoms of a panic attack include sweating, chest pain, palpitations (irregular heartbeats) and a feeling of choking, which may make the person feel like he or she is having a heart attack or "going crazy."

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): PTSD is a condition that can develop following a traumatic and/or terrifying event, such as a sexual or physical assault, the unexpected death of a loved one, or a natural disaster. People with PTSD often have lasting and frightening thoughts and memories of the event, and tend to be emotionally numb.
Social anxiety disorder: Also called social phobia, social anxiety disorder involves overwhelming worry and self-consciousness about everyday social situations. The worry often centers on a fear of being judged by others, or behaving in a unnormal way.

You need to see your dr and then talk with a psycologist. They may or may not put your on medication that medication is an your option.

Sounds like you may have a type of depression that requires a Dr to help you sweetie. Please take time to go see your Dr as soon as possible..tell him/her what you have been going thru..how you have been feeling. I am worried about you saying you want to die..please mention that to your Dr.You can come to terms with what is going on around you in due time...but for now..take care of yourself.
